At St. Edward's every Member is a Minister. Not every member is a Pastor, but every member is encoraged to share in the ministry of the church.  The role of our pastors is not to do all the ministry for us.  The role of our pastors is to support and equip us for our ministry in the church and our mission in the world.

All of our ministry teams are led by and composed of members of St. Edward's. Our teams make all the day to day decisions about their ministries.  Our teams are the hands and feet of our life together.  They get things done.
